When we received these photos, the moment was described as a Springbok lineup, with the captain proudly in the centre. This “captain,” farmer Leon De Coning, planted PAN 5P-990PW yellow maize hybrids on his farm in the Stutterheim area. The final photo shows Leon among his maize plants at 90 days – a promising crop with a successful harvest in sight.
