In January, we headed to the beautiful Champagne Sports Resort for our 2026 Kick‑Off Conference. It was the ultimate pre‑season huddle to get aligned, energised and ready to roll.
Over three action‑packed days, we looked back at the 2025 season, unpacked our 2026 game plan, and got stuck into everything from strategy, agronomy and product training to marketing, leadership and functional excellence. Big conversations, fresh thinking and one clear takeaway: every role matters, and every action counts.
We also made time to celebrate long service, recognise great work, welcome new faces and strengthen the connections that make this team so formidable (because winning is never a solo sport).
Now it’s full steam ahead into 2026. We’re aligned, motivated and ready to deliver for our customers, every step of the way.
