Pannar’s first 2026 Extravaganza in Lüneburg

What do you get when you bring together Pannar farmers, agronomic trial results and a great get-together? The Lüneburg Extravaganza – Pannar’s first Extravaganza of the year – which kicked off in early February.

Hosted by Kerry Rowlands, Pannar agronomist for KwaZulu-Natal and the Cape, and Willem Jansen van Rensburg, sales representative for Vryheid, just over 70 farmers gathered at the Lüneburg Schule to attend the event. Kerry guided farmers through the results of our field trials, while Wayne Sanders, South Africa’s Stewardship Manager for Corteva Agriscience, shared further agronomic insights on the requirements for managing insect resistance in biotech crops.

The overall feeling of the day was one of excitement, valuable knowledge sharing and togetherness, and we look forward to hosting many more Extravaganzas across the country.
