PAN 5P-990PW is flourishing in Venterspos

Farmer Franz Gerber kindly shared this video of PAN 5P-990PW yellow maize thriving in the Venterspos region. Franz and his brother, Jopie Gerber, farm together on the farm, Tochekregen. They planted these hybrids on 8 December 2024 on dryland, and by the end of February, you could see them flourishing with multiple cobs. 

These hybrids are widely adapted with stable performance across all production areas. They are a very good choice for silage in the eastern production areas. PAN 5P-990PW  hybrids have excellent early vigour and good standability. Their PowerCore™ technology provides broad-spectrum protection against above-ground lepidopteran pests, stacked with glyphosate herbicide-tolerant technology for premium insect and weed control.
