Nampo 2024 is here!

1. THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO THE PANNAR SEED 2024 NAMPO COMPETITION (“THE COMPETITION”).

1.1. The Competition is open to any living, natural person (e.g. anyone other than corporate bodies like companies, co-operatives, partnerships, trusts, etc.) who –
1.1.1. is over the age of 18 as of the entry date
1.1.2 is a South African resident and grain crop farmer (hereafter “an Entrant”)
1.2. The Competition is not open to directors, shareholders, partners, employees or agents of or consultants related to Pannar or Corteva Agriscience, or their respective spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers, sisters, business partners and associates, and any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Pannar or Corteva Agriscience
1.3. All Entrants agree that their participation in the Competition is subject to these terms and conditions. Any decision by Pannar and Corteva Agriscience on the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions will be final and binding

2. HOW TO ENTER

2.1 Enter at the Pannar NAMPO stand on the official entry form and place it in the official entry box provided
2.2. You may enter once per day for the competition duration (14 ­– 17 May 2024)

3. PRIZE WINNERS

3.1. A minimum of 2 x lucky participants will each win 1 x pair of Pannar-branded veldskoene (vellies) per day, during NAMPO 2024 (14 – 17 May 2024)
3.2. Prizes are not transferable and winners cannot exchange the prize for cash/an alternative
3.3. Daily winners will be randomly selected via a lucky draw and contacted to collect their vellies from the NAMPO stand on the day their names are drawn. If Winners are not available to collect their prize in person, Pannar reserves the right to draw a new winner
3.4 Prizes (shoe sizes) are subject to stock availability

4. PRIVACY

By entering the competition, you agree that personal information provided by you in connection with this promotion is processed by Pannar Seed to administer the competition, the promotion and for internal reporting purposes. You can refer to the Privacy Statement available here for further information. Your personal information (name, phone number and e-mail address) will be stored in chosen systems primarily hosted in the United States. This information may be shared within Corteva, its affiliates, partners, and selected third parties in other countries for the above-mentioned purposes. 5. AUTHORISATION, INDEMNITY AND WAIVER

5.1. By entering the Competition, each Entrant acknowledges and agrees to the following, to the extent permitted in law
5.1.1. Pannar, its directors, shareholders, affiliates, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors and sponsors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage, howsoever arising from or as a result of an Entrant’s participation in the Competition or for any loss or damage, howsoever arising, to the Entrant, provided that any such person did not act fraudulently or with gross negligence; and
5.1.2. All Entrants and Winners indemnify Pannar of the Competition, any companies associated with either Pannar, as well as the advisers, auditors and advertising, marketing and promotional agencies of Pannar (each, an “Indemnified Party”), and the directors, shareholders, officers, employees and agents of each Indemnified Party, against any and all claims for any costs, expenses, injuries, losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever in connection with the Entrants or Winners, as the case may be, participation in any way whatsoever in the Competition, provided that the Indemnified Parties did not act fraudulently or with gross negligence
5.1.3. Pannar Seed reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice, including in the event of a force majeure event or any other event outside of its control
5.1.4 Pannar Seed is not responsible for lost, delayed or illegible entries, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, and computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Pannar Seed’s decision is final, and no correspondence shall be entered into
5.1.5 These terms and conditions shall be governed by South African law. By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions
